March 6 - a Trip to the Biltmore. Invited by the Women's Golf Association of the Biltmore, 14 members journeyed downtown, yes in the traffic, to play golf.
It was another beautiful day. We were greeted by the friendliest group of women, fed coffee, muffins and taken care of by the Golf Pro Shop crew. The tournament was a Shamble. Two Biltmore ladies and two Wigwam ladies formed teams. We could have used a couple more Wigwam golfers because some of our members played with three Biltmore golfers but it was a fun contest.

WINNERS
FIRST PLACE TEAM - Elsie Wilner & Gail Kyle
SECOND PLACE TEAM - Dixie DeWitt & Betty Scott

THIRD PLACE TEAM - Wendy Morgan & Tessie Van Wagner

Congratulations to Winner Wendy Morgan for sinking the longest putt on 18.
